We are now looking to recruit a new Telephonist to join that team which is based in our taxi office right next to Maidstone East train station. The successful candidate will be someone who takes pride in everything they do, and shares our desire to work hard in order to achieve our goals.
At Apollo Taxis Maidstone, we provide a whole range of services to our customers including taxis to airports, local taxis, executive travel and 8 seater taxi, all on a 24/7 basis so it is important that our staff are focused and on the ball at all times; although experience is not required, in order to succeed in this role, you will need the following skills:
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Good local knowledge
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive and proactive attitude.
